What does the service consist in?

Roma Borgo91 has entered into an attractive agreement with a licensed Car Company, so that it can offer guests a very convenient private transfer service to/from Rome Fiumicino and Rome Ciampino International Airports and the Civitavecchia Cruise Terminal, at a price competitive with public taxi rides.

How do I book?

Booking your private transfer is really simple: just tell us the date, estimated time of arrival and the details of the Flight or the Ship. That’s all!

We will book your private transfer and send the service voucher with all the details directly to your email address.

In order to guarantee its availability, please request you transfer at least 3 days before your arrival.

Where do I meet my driver?

The driver will meet you at Airport’s Arrivals Gate or at your ship’s disembarkment at the agreed time (waiting for your arrival even if the flight/ship is delayed!) and will take you directly to Rome Borgo91 – no stress or unnecessary waiting!

Instead, if you are leaving Roma Borgo91, the driver will wait for you on the street in the surroundings of the b&b.

Do I pay an extra fee for my luggage?

No! The listed price includes trasportation of your luggage. However, should you be carrying numerous and/or bulky luggage, we suggest you book a larger vehichle, to be sure that it can accommodate both your group and your luggage! 

How do I pay for the service?

You will arrange the payment directly with the driver after reaching your destination. The total price to pay (excluding card commissions) will be indicated in your Service Voucher, mailed to you when the transfer booking is confirmed.
